About the Project
Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG) needed a unified, future-proof web platform for more than 15 hotels and clubs across Victoria. I implemented a WordPress Multisite network, migrated each venue from disparate hosting plans, and now provide continuous maintenance—including plugin and core updates, security hardening, performance tuning, and AWS infrastructure management. Venue managers get isolated dashboard access, while the head office retains central oversight of branding and analytics. 24/7 monitoring and scheduled backups ensure near-perfect uptime during high-traffic racing seasons.
Key Features
Centralised Multisite network with per-venue sub-sites
Role-based dashboards for venue staff vs. head office
Automated core, plugin & theme updates via WP CLI scripts
Daily S3-backed snapshots and disaster-recovery plan
Security hardening (WAF, 2FA, login-rate limiting)
Performance optimisation with Cloudflare full-page cache
Staging → production deploy pipeline in AWS Beanstalk
Proactive uptime & SSL monitoring with weekly health reports
